A combined team of elite and club level athletes of the Trinidad and Tobago Karate Association (TKA), alongside other national team athletes of the Trinidad and Tobago Karate Union (TTKU), will join forces to compete at the 12th Commonwealth Karate Championships 2026, taking place from November 5–8, 2026, at the Glasgow International Arena / Emirates Arena in Glasgow, Scotland. This prestigious event will bring together athletes, coaches, and officials representing up to 23 competing Commonwealth nations in the Elite Championship and 19 in the Club Championship.

Over four days of competition, participants will showcase their skills, discipline, and dedication in both Kata and Kumite, across the Elite and Club divisions. The championship will provide an opportunity for Trinidad and Tobago’s finest karate athletes to represent their nation on the international stage, demonstrate their talent, and compete against some of the best karate practitioners from across the Commonwealth.
